Robot vision loading and unloading process flow
The manipulator and its supporting system mainly complete the loading and unloading of the IGBT module of the coating tooling, and cooperate with the coating tooling to complete the coating of the thermal conductive silicone grease of the module. The process flow is as follows: the material tray is in place → the coating tooling is in the ready state → the robot visually judges the module position and grabs (grabs 2 modules) → the robot moves to the coating tooling → the robot visually confirms the coating effect → grabs the coated module (grabs 2 modules) → the robot places the module on the positioning point of the coating tooling → the robot places the coated module in the tray → repeats the previous grabbing action.
